Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and attentive, friendly staff who even arranged transport to and from the airport. However, the room size was a bit small, making it challenging to move around in the shower.
I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. While the rooms were spotless and beautifully lit up by the morning sun, the size was a bit cramped, especially for hanging clothes, and the tiny bathroom had noticeable mold issues. The service, however, was exceptional, with attentive staff always ensuring our needs were met. The location was ideal for exploring Lourdes on foot, despite being situated in a quieter area. On the downside, the dining experience left much to be desired with overcrowding and unimpressive dinner offerings.
The hotel is located perfectly close to the sanctuary with a spot-on setting, and the staff is genuinely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable, despite being quite tiny, yet the shower might be a challenge. Dining was fair but crowded at times. The location is second to none for accessibility to the sanctuary.
The hotel offers excellent rooms that are very clean and comfortable, but could improve organization for guests and staff. The service is outstanding, with exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. The location is superb, set back from the main boulevard and easily accessible to the sanctuary. The dining experience is fairly good but could enhance the variety of options. Overall, a recommended stay for groups traveling to Lourdes.
The hotel rooms were a good size for the four of us, clean, tidy, and comfortable, with staff doing their best on several occasions. However, there could be more organization for both guests and staff. The service was exceptional, with team members going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was ideal for exploring Lourdes on foot, being close to the sanctuary and shops. The dining experience, though a bit crowded at times, offered a variety of options with some room for improvement. Overall, a great value for money with a few areas that could use enhancement.
The hotel was in a great location, close to the Grotto and shops, perfect for exploring Lourdes on foot. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though a bit small for two people. The service was attentive and accommodating, making us feel truly looked after. The dining experience, while a bit crowded, offered a good continental breakfast but lacked variety for dinners.
I had a brilliant view of the river from my lovely room on the 6th floor, making it a quaint home away from home. The mattresses were a bit hard, but the overall experience was delightful.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and attentive and friendly staff, who even arranged a taxi for airport transfers. The lovely view of the river from my room added to the charm. However, the dining experience was not ideal with limited and repetitive dinner options.
The hotel is in a superb location, ideal for exploring Lourdes on foot and conveniently close to the shops and Grotto. The rooms are clean, fresh, and comfortable, though a tad small for two people in terms of clothes hanging space. The service at the hotel went above and beyond, especially at the Agena. The dining experience had some drawbacks with thinly cut meat and crowded conditions at times. The facilities offered were good overall.
